Children's Mental Health We take part in Children's Mental Health Week each year, engaging in fun exciting activities to promote positive wellbeing and strategies to cope and manage our feelings and emotions when we are experiencing challenges and worries.
For Children's Mental Health Week we thought about growth and self growth, how have we changed and grown? What can we do now that we once found hard? Who helps us to grow emotionally, who is in our support bubble. We learnt to express ourselves through art, our clothing, music and sports.
